At OluKai, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear in its original shoebox and secure it inside a shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
